Submarine dispute has EU chair asking: Is America back?
European Union (EU) foreign ministers will on Monday discuss Australia's scrapping of a US$40 billion (RM167 billion) submarine order with France in favour of a US and British deal, as France said it has a "crisis in confidence" with Washington.
