Media council bill to be tabled in current Dewan Rakyat sitting: Fahmi

The Malaysian Media Council (MMC) Bill will be tabled for its first reading during the current Dewan Rakyat session, Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil said.

He said the bill was briefly delayed after the Malaysian Productivity Corporation (MPC) requested a Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA).
