Minister rewards 'lecturer from heaven' for helping student in need

A Balik Pulau Polytechnic lecturer who touched the hearts of Malaysians for helping a newly enrolled Chinese student in July received recognition from the Human Resources Ministry yesterday.

Its minister, Steven Sim, presented Mohd Zaidil Adha Mat Hussin - who he called a “lecturer from heaven” - with an RM1,000 cash award and a certificate during a special meeting with the educator and the student Lim Zi Yang at a restaurant.
