Home Ministry to implement more frequent job rotations to curb misconduct
The Home Ministry is set to implement more frequent job rotations within its agencies to address misconduct among public officials and protect the ministry's reputation, according to its minister Saifuddin Nasution Ismail.
He said that this move aligns with Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim’s recommendation made during the 19th edition of the Majlis Amanat Perdana Perkhidmatan Awam 2024 recently, where Anwar urged department heads to regularly conduct job rotations.
