Prosecutor argues 4 power abuse charges against Najib valid

1MDB TRIAL | The prosecution has contended that the four 1MDB-linked abuse of power charges against Najib Abdul Razak are valid.

Deputy public prosecutor Ahmad Akram Gharib told the Kuala Lumpur High Court about the prosecution's disagreement with the former premier's contention that the criminal charges are flawed and invalid.

The prosecutor today submitted that the
