Govt to provide counselling for family of decapitated teacher

The Johor state government will provide counselling for the family of a teacher who was found decapitated in Malacca last December.

State executive councillor Khairin-Nisa Ismail @ Md On said this is to restore the family’s spirits, especially the children of Istiqomah Ahmad Rozi.
