'Dog bowl, nude exercises': Domestic worker's testimony recounted

Ampang Sessions Court judge Wan Mohd Norisham Wan Yaakob recounted the horrific allegations of a domestic worker, who claimed she was forced to consume rice with chillies, perform exercises in the nude, bathe with the bathroom door open, and eat from a dog bowl, apart from being assaulted and threatened.

He had ordered two women, Serene Ong Su Ping, 56, who is a consultant, and a businessperson, Sang Yoke Leng, 53, to enter their defence on charges of trafficking the Indonesian worker and employing her without a valid permit.
