Netanyahu's new conditions delaying Gaza cease-fire, says Hamas

Palestinian resistance group Hamas blamed Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu yesterday for hindering efforts to reach a ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, Anadolu Agency reported.
