Kit Siang heads Penang honours list

Veteran politician Lim Kit Siang heads the list of 1,346 recipients of state honours and awards in conjunction with the 75th birthday of Penang Yang di-Pertua Negeri Ahmad Fuzi Abdul Razak.

The 82-year-old former DAP chairperson will receive the state’s highest award, that of the Darjah Utama Pangkuan Negeri (DUPN), which carries the title “Datuk Seri Utama”.
