Four of 27 water treatment plant projects delayed - AG's report

Four out of 27 projects to upgrade and build water treatment plants nationwide in the 11th Malaysia Plan period were delayed, according to the Auditor-General’s Report (LKAN) 2/2024.

The four projects experienced delays between 324 and 1,076 days, including two in Sabah, one in Johor, and one in Kedah, with a total cost of RM926.79 million.
