'Certain protocols' prevented SRC board from meeting Najib, court hears

SRC International Sdn Bhd’s former CEO Nik Faisal Ariff Kamil may have made misrepresentations to the firm's board of directors, an ex-director testified.

Suboh Md Yassin however told the Kuala Lumpur High Court that the board did not try to meet directly with then-prime minister Najib Abdul Razak about it due to "certain protocols".
