Man seeks to quash conviction for displaying Agong's photo at KKB polls
A man has filed a criminal revision application to quash his conviction as well as one-month jail sentence and RM3,000 fine over the display of a photo of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong during the Kuala Kubu Baharu by-election campaign.
When contacted this afternoon, P Ramasamy’s lawyer Rajesh Nagarajan confirmed that the bid was filed earlier this month, and is set to come up for hearing before the Shah Alam High Court this Thursday.
