Court denies Aman Palestin leave to challenge freezing of 11 accounts
Aman Palestin failed to obtain civil court leave to proceed with the aid group’s judicial review targeting MACC’s freezing of its 11 bank accounts.
The Kuala Lumpur High Court this morning dismissed the NGO’s judicial review leave application, closing the path for future hearing of the legal challenge’s merits.
