AGC to oppose Aman Palestin bid to unfreeze 11 accounts
The Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC) will be objecting to Aman Palestin’s judicial review leave application against MACC’s freezing of the NGO’s 11 bank accounts.
The aid group’s lawyer Rafique Rashid Ali said the AGC’s representative stated this during this morning’s Kuala Lumpur High Court case management of the civil action.
