VLN case: AGC yet to decide on Zahid's representation to drop appeal
The Attorney-General's Chambers (AGC) has yet to decide on Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi’s representation for the prosecution to drop its appeal against his acquittal in the foreign visa system (VLN) contract corruption case.
Deputy public prosecutor Abdul Malik Ayob informed the matter to the Court of Appeal three-member bench chaired by judge Hadhariah Syed Ismail, during the case management today.
