Penang Water Corp readies 99 tankers for affected users
The Penang Water Supply Corporation (PBAPP) will deploy 99 tanker lorries to deliver water to consumers affected by a scheduled disruption starting from Wednesday (Jan 10).
PBAPP CEO K Pathmanathan said this is the largest fleet of water tankers ever used in the history of Penang’s water supply, including 27 “Jumbo Tankers” that are rented and can hold up to 40,000 litres of treated water.
