Suhakam chair resigns voluntarily, effective Aug 31
Suhakam chairperson Rahmat Mohamad has voluntarily resigned from the post, effective this Thursday (August 31).
The Prime Minister’s Department’s Legal Affairs Division (BHEUU), in a statement today, said the government will appoint a temporary chairperson in the near future to carry out Rahmat’s duties until his replacement is appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
