Bottles underneath Siti Kasim's car believed to be IED - cops
The two plastic bottles found attached under the car belonging to lawyer and activist Siti Kasim are suspected to be an IED (improvised explosive device), said Brickfields district police chief ACP Amihizam Abdul Shukor.
