Court reserves decision in govt appeal of ex-MyWatch activist's suit
The Court of Appeal has reserved its decision in an appeal by the police and government to overturn a High Court decision declaring former anti-crime activist R Sri Sanjeevan’s detention under the Prevention of Crime Act 1959 (Poca) as unlawful.
