Judge recuses himself from hearing review over Beng Hock's death

Judge Amarjeet Singh has recused himself from hearing a judicial review by the parents of Teoh Beng Hock to compel the police to wrap up the long-standing investigation into his death nearly 14 years ago.

Senior federal counsel Ahmad Hanir Hambaly @ Arwi said that Amarjeet decided to recuse himself during case management of the legal action this morning.
