Sivarraajh quits MIED to focus on strengthening MIC
MIC's C Sivarraajh has resigned from the board of trustees of the Maju Institute of Educational Development (MIED) - the party's educational arm - to focus on strengthening the party.
"I've always been a party man. The grassroots are always with me.
"The Indians rejected MIC in the 15th general election (GE15), so I want to focus on bringing back the trust of the Indians. We have to provide leadership for them... that is the core foundation...
