New fee for SD increased from RM4 to RM10

The new fee for statutory declaration (SD) and exhibit in the document has been increased from RM4 to RM10 effective Jan 16 (Monday).

Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Law and Institutional Reforms) Azalina Osman Said said the government agreed to review the fee for SD under Section 4 of the Statutory Declarations Act 1960 (Act 783).
