Azeez acquitted of corruption, money laundering charges over road projects

The Kuala Lumpur High Court this morning acquitted former Baling MP Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim from three corruption and six money laundering charges linked to road projects in Perak and Kedah.

The decision was made as the court allowed Azeez's application for acquittal from all the charges, which was not challenged by the prosecution.
