Johor govt proposes reviving MM2H to address residential overhang
The Johor government will propose to the Housing Ministry to revive the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) programme as part of the efforts to overcome the issue of residential overhang in the state.
State Housing and Local Government Committee chairperson Mohd Jafni Md Shukor (above) said that based on Johor Housing Development Corporation (PKPJ) data, 80 percent of residential overhang in Johor involved serviced apartments.
