Boy, 8, gets Hang Tuah medal for saving siblings in fire
An eight-year-old student, Muhammad Danish Rayqal Mohd Firdaus from Sekolah Kebangsaan Taman Kampung Melayu Kluang, Johor, was awarded the Hang Tuah medal for bravery after saving his siblings who were trapped in a fire on June 29.
The award was presented by Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim’s wife, Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, at the 2022 National Children’s Day celebration organised by the Social Welfare Department (SWD), today.
