PKR to field Nik Aziz's scion, experts and academics as new candidates

PKR has enlisted Nik Omar Nik Abdul Aziz, son of the late PAS spiritual adviser Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat, as the party's 15th general election candidate, alongside six others comprising academics, youth leaders and former civil servants.

Nik Omar, a former PAS member, contested the Chempaka state seat as an Amanah member in GE14, but this time PKR president Anwar Ibrahim announced that he has been assigned a seat in Perak.
