Ex-Thai PMs, Thaksin and Yingluck, had police escort during Penang trip

Police outriders escorted two former Thai prime ministers- Thaksin and Yingluck Shinawatra - during their recent trip to Penang.

Penang police chief Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain said the police had to escort the siblings to prevent any untoward incidents which would have resulted in negative attention.
