Abdul Azeez unwell, verdict to strike out charges rescheduled to Sept 5
The Court of Appeal has again rescheduled to another day to deliver its verdict on Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim's appeal to strike out his corruption and money-laundering charges.
This time, the three-member panel comprising justices Kamaludin Md Said, Abu Bakar Jais and Che Mohd Ruzima Ghazali, postponed it to Sept 5 as the former Tabung Haji chairperson is unwell.
