Baling floods: RCI can allay cover-up fears, says Ramkarpal

The many conflicting accounts on deforestation in the Baling region which is blamed for the deadly July 4 floods warranted an open investigation through a Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI), said Bukit Gelugor MP Ramkarpal Singh.
