35 Malaysian job scam victims rescued at Thai-Myanmar border

Thirty-five Malaysians believed to be duped by high-paying jobs overseas were rescued at the Thai-Myanmar border in the first six months of this year.

Malaysian Ambassador to Thailand Jojie Samuel said 30 Malaysians sought help from the embassy in Bangkok and its Consulate General office in Songkhla.
