Covid-19 (June 25): 2,302 new cases, no new deaths
COVID-19 | The Health Ministry reported 2,302 new daily Covid-19 cases yesterday, bringing the total cumulative cases to 4,554,661.
Active cases currently stood at 28,010, up 25.1 percent compared to 14 days ago.
New cases according to states are as follows:

No deaths attributed to Covid-19 were reported yesterday.
Over the past week, an average of 1.9 people were reported to have died of Covid-19, while the average for the past 30 days was 3.0, indicating that Covid-19 deaths are on the downtrend.
Since the start of the pandemic in March 2020, a total of 35,745 deaths have been attributed to Covid-19.
There have been 69 reported Covid-19 deaths this month. For comparison, there were 129 deaths last month and 564 deaths in April.
There are 1,034 Covid-19 patients who are hospitalised of which 31 are in intensive care.
The highest number of admissions yesterday was recorded in Selangor (151) followed by Johor (97) and Sabah (65).
