Johor voter sues EC, govt for allegedly barring him from polls
A voter has filed a lawsuit against the Election Commission (EC) and the federal government for allegedly preventing him from casting his vote in the Johor state election earlier this year.
In a media statement today, the electoral reform group Bersih confirmed they facilitated the voter yesterday - who is represented by lawyers from law firm AmerBon - to mount the civil action linked to the March 12 state polls.
