Development moratorium if govt doesn't tackle KL flash floods - MP

Segambut MP Hannah Yeoh has called for a moratorium on all development projects in flood-affected areas within her constituency.

This is unless the government deals with flash floods in Kuala Lumpur in a serious manner.
