Cops probing case of detainee dying after taking medication

Police are investigating another incident of custodial death, this time at the Indera Mahkota central lock-up in Kuantan, Pahang.

Bukit Aman's Integrity and Standards Compliance Department director Azri Ahmad (above) said the deceased was serving an eight-month drug sentence under the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 and was to have attended a court mention on April 14.
