Rafizi to convey Najib's Sapura debate condition to Anwar

PKR vice-president Rafizi Ramli claimed Najib Abdul Razak was "afraid" after the ex-prime minister set a condition for both of them to debate on the financially-troubled Sapura Energy Berhad.
