Cops question PBK sec-gen over TikTok videos on S'wak independence

Parti Bumi Kenyalang (PBK) secretary-general Priscilla Lau was summoned to the Sibu central police station yesterday over numerous TikTok videos she uploaded on Sarawak’s rights to independence.

Lau said she was being investigated under Section 505(b) of the Penal Code for allegedly publishing or circulating any statement, rumour, or report with intent to cause, or which is likely to cause fear or alarm to the public, or any section of the public.
