Compounds issued to political parties for flouting SOP - Malacca police
Political parties were compounded in Malacca for failing to comply with the standard operating procedures (SOP) under the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988 (Act 342).
Malacca police chief Abdul Majid Mohd Ali (above) said that among the violations of SOP were encouraging the public to gather in a place, no physical distancing, not wearing face masks, not providing MySejahtera QR Code and did not provide sanitiser.
