Pemas chairperson charged with insulting Muhyiddin
Malaysia-Singapore Workers Task Force (Pemas) chairperson S Dayalan pleaded not guilty in the Sessions Court in Kuala Lumpur today to a charge of improper use of network facilities to insult former prime minister Muhyiddin Yassin (above).
Dayalan, 41, was charged with knowingly making and initiating the transmission of offensive communications with intention to annoy others using Facebook with the profile name 'Dayalan Sreebalan' at 10.03pm on May 30.
