Petrol stations among businesses allowed open from 6am to midnight

Petrol stations, restaurants, eateries, and convenience stores will be allowed to operate from 6am to midnight for all phases of the National Recovery Plan, except areas placed under the Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO).
