Partial win for late ex-minister's mum over grandchildren in inheritance suit

Aminah Abdullah, the mother of late minister Jamaluddin Jarjis, has partly won her suit against her two grandchildren over alleged non-disclosure that the duo are trustees of their father’s estate in owning shares in three companies.

Through online proceedings this afternoon, the Kuala Lumpur High Court allowed the plaintiff’s application for declaration that the shares of company Rantai Wawasan are part of Jamaluddin’s estate.
