'No to NOC' video by PM's aide bewilders DAP

The decision by the prime minister's political secretary to upload his speech on why a 1969 National Operations Council-style government was unnecessary has bewildered the DAP.

In a statement today, secretary-general Lim Guan Eng said his party found the video clip by Marzuki Mohamad "bizarre".
