June 16 verdict on bid to quash misadventure ruling in Nora Anne's death

The family of Nora Anne Quoirin will know on Wednesday next week the outcome of their bid to overturn the Coroner Court’s ruling that the Irish-French teenager’s death two years ago was due to misadventure.

The High Court in Seremban today fixed the date for decision on the family’s revision application against the coroner’s ruling issued on Jan 4.

When contacted, lawyer Alliff Benjamin Suhaimi confirmed that judge Azizul Azmi Adnan set the decision for 5pm on June 16, following this afternoon’s submissions...
