Miti: Economic sector in MCO areas can operate as usual subject to existing SOP

All economic sectors, including the manufacturing sector in areas under the movement control order (MCO), are allowed to operate as usual except for certain activities listed under the negative list under the MCO 3.0 general standard operating procedures (SOP).
