Agong presents instrument of appointment to Ahmad Fuzi as Penang 8th governor

The Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah today presented the instrument of appointment to Ahmad Fuzi Abdul Razak as the eighth Yang di-Pertua Negeri of Penang in a ceremony held at Istana Negara.
