Court allows Baling MP's bid to stay hearing of corruption case
The High Court today allowed an application by former Tabung Haji chairperson Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim, who is facing three charges for corruption and 10 charges for money laundering, to stay the hearing of the case pending the outcome of his appeal at the Court of Appeal to strike out all the charges.
