Where are free laptops promised in January, asks Harapan Youth chief

Pakatan Harapan Youth chief Shazni Munir Mohd Ithnin has questioned the government's promise to provide 150,000 free laptops to students from 500 schools nationwide.

The initiative was first announced under Budget 2021 and, following public pressure, Finance Minister Tengku Zafrul Abdul Aziz in January said its distribution by government-linked companies (GLCs) and government-linked investment companies (GLICs) was to be carried out last month.
