Police summon police for breaking the law
Some police personnel reporting for duty at the Kedah contingent police headquarters (IPK) were surprised when their vehicles were stopped for a spot check at the entrance gate of the IPK in Alor Setar.
According to the Kedah police Facebook page, some officers, personnel and civil officers of the IPK were slapped with summonses after they were found to have broken the law, such as using a fancy plate number.
The operation was conducted by the state Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department, Integrity and Standard Compliance Department, and Special Branch.
