Non-Muslim wedding ceremonies allowed in MCO, CMCO, RMCO areas
Marriage ceremonies for non-Muslims can now be held at the National Registration Department (NRD), places of worship, and non-Muslim religious association premises in areas under the movement control order (MCO), conditional MCO, and recovery MCO, effective today.
The NRD said in a statement that the decision was made by the government to enable non-Muslim marriage ceremonies which have been delayed during the MCO 2.0 period to be conducted.
