Report: Ex-Perak MB said to be next KTMB chairperson
Bersatu deputy president Ahmad Faizal Azumu is reportedly slated to be appointed as the next Keretapi Tanah Melayu Bhd (KTMB) chairperson effective next month, according to financial daily The Malaysian Reserve, citing three industry sources.
The report quoted one of the sources as saying that the former Perak menteri besar would succeed KTMB chairperson Rameli Musa, whose three-year contract will expire at the end of this month.
Rameli, who is also the executive vice-chairman and non-independent executive director of Ingress Corp Bhd, was appointed KTMB chairperson in February 2019.
