RESIDENCES
- Regina Residence USJ 1, Subang Jaya, Selangor
The joint management body announced on Nov 10 that a resident at the condominium has tested positive for Covid-19.
It has instructed for lifts, lobbies and other common areas to be sanitised.
- Jalan Kasah, Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur
Mezze Bistro and Lounge denied rumours that guards working at the bistro have tested positive for Covid-19. Instead, it said the guards live in a house at the nearby Jalan Kasah but not opposite the bistro as alleged.
"The guards do not work for our restaurant, and nor do they visit our restaurant and lounge," it said yesterday, adding that its staff members have no contact with the guards and have tested negative for Covid-19 despite regular screening.
- Sri York Condominium, Georgetown, Penang
The condominium management body issued a notice on Nov 11 that a resident at Block 29 has tested positive for Covid-19.
Following this, the management has carried out activities to disinfect areas that were possibly contaminated. They also urged residents to practice physical distancing, always wear face masks when in public areas, and use the hand sanitisers provided at common areas.
GOVERNMENT FACILITIES
- Kuala Lumpur Land and Minerals Office, Kuala Lumpur
According to Kepong MP Lim Lip Eng, a positive case was found at the office here. The office is now closed until Sunday.
BUSINESSES
- Infineon Factory, Malacca
At least 13 workers at this factory in Batu Berendam, Malacca tested positive on Nov 10.
According to an employee who spoke on condition of anonymity, the company had taken proactive measures by conducting swab tests on all workers and sanitised areas where the affected employees had been to.
- C-Pak Cergas, Senawang Industrial Park, Negeri Sembilan
The packaging factory closed last week after workers tested positive for Covid-19. The workers are part of the Cergas cluster, which has 503 cases as of Nov 11.
It is learnt that cases detected in other factories in the same industrial park are also included in the Cergas cluster.
They include workers of glovemaker Careplus Sdn Bhd, which on Nov 10 announced it closed its factory due to Covid-19 infections and is screening all 2,000 of its staff members.

- Masjid Kariah Kampung Chengkau Ulu, Rembau, Negeri Sembilan
A congregation member who attended Friday prayers here last week has tested positive for Covid-19.
Locals took the initiative to sanitise the mosque earlier this week, when they learnt a congregation member was being screened for possible Covid-19 infection.
